Night Cruise on The Bay - Superior Junk (***)

Day 1:  Majestic Ha Long Bay

Pick-up at your hotel and transfer to the pier to board a superior junk cruise where welcome drinks await. After a relaxing break, enjoy a delicious seafood lunch while cruising through the magical bay where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the water like dragon teeth. After lunch, take a short trek to a nearby summit for a panoramic view of the bay, swim on a quiet beach, or sunbathe on the deck. Later in the afternoon, back on board for the sunset view and have a chance to join a cooking class at a restaurant then enjoy the meal you have prepared. Stay overnight on the Junk Cruise. (LD)

 

Day 2:  Ha Long Bay — Disembark  

Optional early wake up call to admire the dramatic sunrise on the bay. Relax with a cup of hot coffee before departing to the splendid Sung Sot Grotto where stalactites hanging from the high ceiling take on numerous shapes and forms. Enjoy lunch with Vietnamese cuisine onboard while cruising back to the boat docking station for a transfer back to your hotel. (BL)
