Ha Noi Culinary experience

 

Pick up and transfer to Ha Noi Cooking Center (HCC) where you will be welcomed with a special Vietnamese tea called 'La Han'. You will get a brief introduction to Vietnamese cuisines, highlighting the contents of a traditional Vietnamese meal. Then, we will walk around Chau Long Market, where the chef will guide you to select the fresh produce. Upon returning to the HCC, the cooking class will begin. You will learn when and how to use the various herbs and spices which are rooted in the Vietnamese culture. You will be given all of the recipes to take home. When the lesson is completed, you will prepare and cook by yourself under the instruction of the Chef. Then, we will enjoy the meal you have prepared and have conversations with the chef in the comfort of the HCC dining area while enjoying a drink. After the lesson, you will receive a gift and you can also purchase some of the Vietnamese spices, tools and books that you have used during the day.
