Moreover, you will find out how to grow many kinds of mushroom in Mushroom house and understand Vietnamese herbs and spice’s influence for medicine and cooking after listening our pharmacist and chef explaining. Specially, taking on great challenges by becoming the real Vietnamese farmer on the Vietnamese traditional hat, you will try to remember, identify and select exactly kinds of vegetables in the Vietnamese Medicine Garden for cooking class & cooking show. With the fresh - picked vegetables, our friendly chefs will instruct you how to use these ingredients to cook Vietnamese traditional dishes.

start 7:30 am Hotel  in HCM city
Visit Vietnamese Medicine Garden and Mushroom House: 9:00am - 10:00am
Hands On Cooking Class: 10:00am -1:00pm 
Back  Hotel in HCM City at 2:00pm

Option 2:
start 12:00 pm Hotel  in HCM city
Visit Vietnamese Medicine Garden and Mushroom House: 1:30pm - 2:30pm
Hands On Cooking Class: 2:30pm -5:00pm 
Back to  Hotel in HCM City at 6:00pm
