Tickets are available for pickup at the Zumanity Box office at New York-New York Hotel and Casino.All tickets must be picked up no later than one hour prior to show time. Tickets not picked up by show time are subject to cancellation.

Which is the minimum/maximum age to participate? (for all or each one of the activities) All ticket holders must be 18 years of age or older. Anyone younger than 18 years old will not be permitted in the theatre.

Others Please be advised that strobe lights and theatrical fog are used during performances. Guests who react to either of these effects should attend the show at their own risk. The Zumanity Theatre is also pleased to offer a state-of-the-art assistive listening system for guests with hearing impairments. Photo identification must be presented at the designated Ticket Office for collection of tickets. Tickets will only be released to the authorized person listed on ticket order. There are no exchanges or refunds on tickets. All guests must be in their seats no later than 15 minutes prior or their seat locations will not be guaranteed.
