Tour time in 4.5 hours in Tijuana. The drive along the coast is about 2-3 hours to and from Tijuana, Mexico and Los Angeles. The tour departs from Tijuana at approximately 5:00 pm and arrives at hotels between 9:00 pm - 10:00 pm
