Seven Tastes of New Mexico. Pairing Food with Vistas

From Friday to Sunday dinner each meal will be at a different restaurant or country taverna. Lunch on Saturday follows a cooking class and farewell dinner is created with you by chef Johnny Vee at an old historic farm, just outside town.

Between meals a sighseeing program takes travelers to some iconic places around the 400 year old capital, Santa Fe, and outside town.

A visit to the local Farmers Market is a wonderful experience in that visitors can meet the local farmers and learn about their growing organic techniques.

During this culinary weekend our guests will taste the famous New Mexican blue corn dishes, the posole soup, the corn based recipe that goes back to Native traditions, and of course the state renowned red and green chile.

Wine or other alcoholic drinks, such as a typical margarita, are included.

This tour is available year-round. Restaurants and menus vary according to seasons.
