Segway Guided Tour

The capital city's flat terrain and abundance of spectacular sites make it a great place to tour by Segway! This tour will be an overview of the National Mall from the Capitol to WWII including the north side of the White House, some fun off-the-Mall spots, and a ride down Pennsylvania Avenue.

Tour departs from The Old Post Office Pavilion at 12th Street NW, between Pennsylvania and Constitution Ave. Tour times vary, please contact the supplier 48 hours in advance to confirm departure time. Maximum number of participants is 8. Participants must be at least 16 years old. Participants must read and sign a waiver form prior to tour. All participants 18 years of age or younger must have a parent or legal guardian present. Minimum weight is 100 lbs, maximum 260 lbs. Tours are done with an English-speaking guide. Tour includes Segway, helmet, snack and bottled water. Gratuities are not included. Service may be cancelled if the weather makes for dangerous riding conditions. For the participant's safety, a properly fitted helmet is provided and everyone must wear it at all times while riding. Due to safety precautions and respect for other people on your tour, we ask that participants not use cellular telephones, operate cameras or smoke cigarettes while riding.
