Our Body: The Universe Within allows you to discover how our body works through a strangely beautiful exhibition of our many body parts and layers.

Through an artful preservation technique known as polymer impregnation, this exhibition allows you to see in full detail our very own insides. Come face to face – or face to skull – not only with the classic museum skeletons, but also with ghostly human outlines made from a preserved and tinted nervous system, a series of blood vessels or even a muscular structure.

Designed to educate and enlighten, this exhibition brings you an astounding collection of approximately 200 organs, human bodies and other bits and bobs of our anatomies. The museum separates and combines different systems and bodily structures in order for us to better comprehend how we aren’t but one big delicate machine where each piece is as important as the next.

Balancing on the thin line that separates the beautiful from the gruesome and the artistic from the grotesque, this educational collection of nerves and bones and organs is sure to leave a lasting impression as well as teach a thing or two about your own anatomy.
