Each guest will be presented a menu to order from and each order will be prepared fresh in our full service galley. Guests will choose from:

Brunch Cruise - SALADS - Classic Caesar, Mixed Greens with Apples and Strawberries, BREAKFAST - Scrambled Eggs with Aged Wisconsin Cheddar, Sausage, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Hash Brown Potatoes with Bell Peppers and Onions, ENTREES - House-Griddled Belgian Waffles, Strawberries and Cream French Toast, Maple-Glazed Chipotle Chicken, Penne Rigatta Primavera, Curried Vegetable Cassoulet, Smoked Salmon Station, Orange-Ginger Glazed Tilapia, CARVED TO ORDER -Black Pepper Crusted Sirloin and DESSERT - Odyssey's Signature Chocolate Fountain, Assortment of Domestic and Imported Cheeses, Fresh Fruit, Cakes and Pastries.

Lunch Cruise - FIRST COURSE -Classic Caesar ,Lobster Bisque, Hazelnut Duck, MAIN COURSE - Roasted Chicken , Grilled Salmon, Seafood Ravioli, Short Ribs, Vegetable Napoleon, DESSERTS -Chef’s selection of Cakes and Mini Pastries.

Dinner Cruise - FIRST COURSE - Farmer’s Market Garden Salad, Lobster Bisque, Hazelnut Duck, Crab Cake MAIN COURSE - Roasted Chicken, Grilled Salmon, Seafood Ravioli, Short Ribs, Pork Loin, Vegetable Napoleon, DESSERTS - New York Style Cheesecake, Odyssey's Signature Decadent Chocolate Truffle Torte, Seasonal Fruit Cobbler, Chef’s Culinary Creation, Fresh Seasonal Fruit.

Duration: Lunch is approximately 2 hours and Dinner is approximately 3 hours.
Start/opening time: Lunch Cruise 12pm - 2pm, Brunch Cruise on Saturday 11am - 1pm and Sunday 1pm – 3pm and Dinner Cruise Monday – Friday 7pm – 10pm, Saturday 8pm – 11pm and Sunday 6pm – 9pm.
