Itinerary

Day 1

We drive along the southern shore of Lake Erie, staying on the US side the entire time of our tour. Arrival at Niagara Falls in the afternoon. Watch the breathtaking movieNiagara: Legends of Adventure and get an insight into the stories of the daredavils that tried to conquer the Falls. Take a ride on the Maid of the Mist boat to get as close to the water as possible; go atop the Observation Tower; and see Crows Nest. Also get a night view of the illuminated Falls. Spectacular!

 

Day 2
Today, either explore all the Fall attractions at your own pace, or join your guide as we visit Goat Island, take a ride in the Niagara Scenic Trolley and explore Three Sisters Islands, Luna Island, and Terrapin Point. There is the opportunity to have lunch at the Top of the Falls Restaurant, and to visit the Cave of the Winds. Later, visit the Whirlpool State Park and the Aquarium of Niagara.

 

Day 3
First stop is the Niagara Gorge Discovery Center. Then it’s on to Power Vista, 4 miles downstream from the falls, set amidst the spectacular scenery of the Niagara River Gorge. From there, we will start our journey back to Michigan about noon.

 

RETURN:

Ann Abor ca. 8:30 p.m.
