Tickets are available for pickup at the Mystère Box office at Treasure Island.All tickets must be picked up no later than one hour prior to show time. Tickets not picked up by show time are subject to cancellation.Box office hours 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Saturday through Wednesday, Thursday 12pm to 6pm and Friday at 10am to 6pm.

Others Cirque du Soleil does not provide a refund due to late arrival to a performance. The ticket holder may be refused entry to the performance until a suitable break in the performance. No refunds are offered to any of the above productions should there be a limited time technical delay. Should any of the above productions be fully canceled due to technical opportunities a full refund will be issued. Photo identification must be presented at the designated Ticket Office for collection of tickets. Tickets will only be released to the authorized person listed on ticket order. There are no exchanges or refunds on tickets. All guests must be in their seats no later than 15 minutes prior or their seat locations will not be guaranteed.
