Maryland Wine Country Tour from Baltimore

You’ll be picked up from Downtown Baltimore in the morning for a scenic journey by spacious, comfortable 12-passenger van to two Maryland wineries in either the Westminster or Patapsco wine region.

At each winery, your guide will lead you on a tour of the winery grounds and vineyards to see how the grapes are grown. You’ll also have a chance to meet the winemakers if they're there. Sample six wines at each winery paired with bites such as bread, cheese and sausage. You’re also welcome to bring your own food to enjoy before or after your wine tastings.

Just 20 minutes from Downtown Baltimore, the Patapsco region wine tour takes you through Baltimore County and Hardford County. As you make your way to two wineries, admire the vibrant landscape and rolling hills, which produces nationally recognized wines.

Many of the winemakers in Patapsco use traditional cellar methods. Rich ruby reds such as chambourcin and cabernet franc are favorites of this region, and fruit wines are a refreshing treat during the summer. Test your senses as you compare oak barrel and non-oak pinot grigio.
