It takes approximately an hour and half to complete a visit of Madame Tussauds, including SCREAM, Cinema 4D and Behind the Scenes.

Start or opening time

10am 7days a week.

End or closing time

Last ticket is sold at 8pm Sunday-Thursday and 10pm Friday-Saturday.

Is there any parking? Is it on the street, private or public? Discounted parking is available at IKON/Global Garage at 143 West 40th St (between Broadway and 7th Avenue) when you validate your parking claim ticket at Madame Tussauds admissions. $16 rate for up to 12hrs valid Monday - Saturday. Madame Tussauds is not responsible for parking discount or association with Global Parking LLC. Oversized vehicles are subject to additional charge. Fees are subject to change.

May the client bring his/her own food? Is there a picnic area? We do not permit outside food and beverage. However, you can purchase food and beverage in the attraction.

Advisories

Is there any fee or limitation for photo/video camera usage? We encourage taking many photos! Cameras are permitted in all public areas of Madame Tussauds except SCREAM.

Which currencies are accepted? American dollars.

Which is the minimum/maximum age to participate? (for all or each one of the activities) SCREAM, the interactive horror experience, is recommended for individuals over the age of 12. This intense experience features live actors, special effects and flashing lights and may not suitable for those with heart conditions and pregnant women. The actors will not touch you.

Others For security reasons, large bags or luggage are not permitted to be left with Madame Tussauds staff. Lockers are available for most items. No animals or pets are permitted into Madame Tussauds. However, we do permit seeing eye dogs, guide dogs and hearing ear dogs.
