After this exhilarating experience, you’ll receive a detailed performance evaluation to see what car reigns supreme as the ultimate American muscle car!
Your exciting American muscle car challenge takes place at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by your professional driving instructor, who’ll give you a safety overview comprised of a 25-minute driving instruction and a 15-minute mechanical and safety instruction.
Once you’re comfortable with the track’s layout, get behind the wheel of three classic high-speed cars: a Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, a Dodge Challenger SRT8 392 and a Ford Mustang Shelby GT500. All cars have manual transmissions, so you must know how to drive a stick shift.
Demonstrate your skills as you navigate a custom course, which is separated into four segments designed to test the acceleration, braking, cornering and speed abilities of each car.
See how long it takes to reach 60 mph (97 kph), and find the exact distance it takes to come to a complete stop. Your instructors will use digital data to determine the lateral G force generated when you wrap around corners, and you’ll be tested to see how fast you can go!
