Windsor, Oxford and Stonehenge

Visit three of Southern England's top destinations in this day trip to Stonehenge, the most important prehistoric site in the world, Oxford, the city of dreaming spires with its renowned University and Windsor. This customised day trip offers you great prices, luxury coaches, experienced guides and the possibility to add walking tours or entrance tickets along the way. Explore each site independently or upgrade when you get there for a more in-depth guided visit.

The day begins with the short drive to Windsor, home to the royal family for 900 years and official residence of Queen Elizabeth II. Here you can choose between taking a guided walking tour of the town, taking in the outside of the castle, the quaint cobbled streets and historic buildings dating back to the 17th century. Or upgrade and tour the interior of Windsor Castle to see the magnificent State Apartments and St. George's Chapel.

Next stop is Stonehenge, the most famous prehistoric monument in the world, standing alone in the vast emptiness of Salisbury plain. Here you have the option to explore the site independently or to take an audio-guided tour and learn about the area's spiritual significance.

In Oxford follow in the footsteps of famous students such as Lewis Carroll and Bill Clinton on a walking tour around the college courtyards and cobbled lanes of this historic university town. Visit the Bodleian Library, one of the oldest libraries in Europe, and Brasenose College.
