Board the Silver Sturgeon, your New Year's Eve sightseeing cruise boat, at Victoria Embankment in central London, and then cruise down the River Thames to see the sights of London illuminated at night. As your boat leaves the pier, head inside to the teak-floored top deck and treat yourself to a glass of Champagne and a canapé from the onboard bar.
