Private Highlights of Ephesus Tour

Allow our professional English speaking tour guide to uncover all the secrets of Ephesus, one of the best preserved archaeological sites in Turkey as you embark on a journey of discovery through spectacularly well-preserved ruins and mythological legends, picking up historical facts along the way.

Visit the fountains of Trojan and Polio, the Temple of Hadrian and Domition, the Private House, the Library of Celcius, the Scolastica Baths, the Bouloterion, and the Great Theatre with a capacity for 24,000 spectators.

After lunch, one of the highlights of the day will be the visit to the House of the Virgin Mary, where she spent the last years of her life in the company of St John. Afterwards, you will enjoy a guided visit of the Archaeological Museum of Ephesus. The tour will finish with a visit to the Basilica of St John, constructed in the sixth century to preserve the Apostle’s burial site.

The tour includes transfers, transportation in an air-conditioned vehicle, a traditional Turkish lunch and all entrance fees, service charges and taxes. Any personal expenses and drinks during lunch are not included.
