Izmir Tour

Scratch below the surface in Turkey and you’ll find ancient Greece. Izmir, the country’s third largest city, has been inhabited for thousands of years and was known as Smyrna in classical times. The city is packed with history and attractions. With this fascinating guided tour, visit the Ataturk museum before heading off to see the famous Clock Tower of Izmir. The Kemeralti bazaar area which dates back to the Ottoman times is where you can enjoy some free time.

Meeting point: Hotel pick-up with departure by coach at 8am and return journey back at 3.30pm. Tours are in English. You should have comfortable shoes, money, cameras, a cap and take a cardigan and sweatshirt in April, May and October.
