Day 1: Kusadasi
Start your 3-day tour with an airport transfer from Kusadasi Airport to your Kusadasi hotel. Alternatively, if you are already in Kusadasi you can opt for a hotel-to-hotel transfer for a hassle-free start to your tour.

After checking into your hotel, spend the rest of your day at leisure. Soak up the sun on its sandy beaches or perhaps check out its harbor-side restaurants or cafés (own expense).

Day 2: Kusadasi – Ephesus (B, L)
After breakfast, set off by luxury minibus to the ancient city of Ephesus – an archeological site that’s widely considered to be the best-preserved Classical city in Europe. As you travel, your guide will share some of the history and trivia about this unforgettable site. Learn about Ephesus in ancient times, when its citizens worshipped the Greek goddess Artemis.

On a leisurely paced walking tour of the ancient city, see all the places of interest that make the city so majestic. Walk down the colonnaded Arcadian Way that was once the city’s main street, and see the vast Hellenistic structure that was once Ephesus’ Roman Theatre -- seating more than 25,000 people. See the Temple of Hadrian, built to celebrate the Emperor’s visit to the city, and check out the Library of Celsus that is said to be the city’s architectural icon.

After a break a 2-course lunch in town, continue your tour around Ephesus. Visit the Basilica of St John where St John the Apostle is said to be buried, and then explore the House of the Virgin Mary, where Mary is said to have spent her last days. Last but not least, see one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World – the Temple of Artemis. A shrine to the Greek goddess, the temple today consists only of a remodeled column, but the staggering history of the temple makes up for what’s lacking in appearance.

Return to your Kusadasi hotel by minibus and spend your evening at leisure in town.

Day 3: Kusadasi -- Izmir (B)
Enjoy breakfast and then the morning is yours to spend at leisure in Kusadasi – perhaps shopping for souvenirs or sightseeing around Kaleiçi (Kusadasi’s Old Town) independently. At a pre-arranged time in the afternoon, check out of your hotel and finish your tour with either a Kusadasi Airport transfer or hotel transfer in the town.
