Zurich Airport Departure Private Transfer

Travel from your Zurich Hotel to Zurich Airport. Transfer services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is a private transfer service so the price is the same for groups of 1-3 people who will be transferred in a private car (Mercedes S-Class) and the same price will apply for groups of 4-6 people who will be transferred in a private car or minivan (Mercedes Viano or Sprinter).

When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Zurich Hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24-48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call to reconfirm exact pick up times and place (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher). It's that easy!

At time of booking, YOU MUST include the following flight and hotel details in the 'Special Requirements' box:

• Airline
• Flight Number
• Departing City / Arrival City
• Arrival Time
• Hotel Name
• Hotel Address

Price is per person, based on 6 adults per car/vehicle.

• Confirmation will be received at time of booking
• The journey from Zurich Airport to Zurich City varies according to the time of day. Normally the duration will be 30 minutes, however during peak hour traffic the transfer can take up to 50 minutes
• Please note, the brand of vehicle used may vary depending on your specific travel date
• Each traveler is allowed maximum 1 standard-size suitcase and 1 hand luggage. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire prior to booking to see if your excess luggage is acceptable.
