Visit the Alhambra, Generalife and Granada Cemetery

The Alhambra palace complex stands on a hill overlooking the city of Granada. It was originally built as a fortress in 899 before being converted into a Royal Palace by Yusuf I, Sultan of Granada. It was home to a succession of Nazrid Kings. Royal Palace Complex with its Harem, the Court of the Myrtles with its large pond used for cooling the buildings in the summer heat, the magnificent Hall of the Ambassadors and the breathtakingly beautiful Court of the Lions and the Hall of the Abencerrajes and the Generalife Gardens, a lush paradise packed with flowers, fountains and secluded courtyards.

Start or opening time:Visit cemetery: From March to May at 4.30 pm. From June to September at 7.30 pm. From October to November at 4.30 pm.
Languages: Alhambra tour: Spanish, English, German and French. Cemetery´s visit: English and Spanish. Others: Customers must call to confirm their pick up time 72 hours before the visit.
