Puig de Galatzo nature reserve

Experience the great outdoors Mallorca style with a day at the Puig de Galatzo nature reserve. Enjoy the breath of fresh air that is this paradisiacal wonderland covered in lush vegetation. Stroll through fragrant pine and oak forests, watch animals in the wild and even have a dip in natural pool with a waterfall.

The nature park covers a vast area at the foot of the Puig de Galatzó mountain, which is considered one of Mallorca's most popular landmarks. You can trek over gentle slopes, past caves with beautiful mountain vistas, where you will be able to see wild donkeys, peacocks, ostriches, emus, fallow deer, goats, sheep, ducks and swans.

You'll be thrilled by the exhibition of birds of prey and for the more adventurous there are many activities including zip-lining through the trees, rock climbing and archery. Small children will love the Toca-Toca zoo where they can stroke, cuddle and feed all their favourite animals, including ponies, dwarf sheep and goats. And if it's a hot day, why not have a dip in our pool where you can cool off under a gorgeous waterfall?

End or closing time: 7pm in summer and 6pm in winter.
