INCA MARKET 1/2 DAY - EXCURSION

Mallorca bares its heart and soul at the weekly town markets celebrated in the island’s villages, towns and cities – and none is bigger or better than the Inca market. Every Thursday, Inca comes alive to the sound of buyers and sellers, creating an inimitable buzz about the place. The town is the centre of Mallorca’s famed leather industry and shoes and handbags made in Inca are much prized by the islanders. Browse the stands, haggle with the stallholders, hunt for bargains or taste some local delicacies such as olives and sobrassada, a cured sausage that is the one of Mallorca’s signature products. There are also plenty of souvenirs to choose from.

This excursion runs from the south of the island and takes place on Thursday mornings. A visit to the Inca market is the ultimate Mallorcan experience.
