The Meeting: We will pick you up at a previously arranged location. We are always sure that it is accessable and simple to find. From there we will travel to the site of the flight in company vehicles. Next, we check the weather forecast one last time and begin an orientation to familiarize the passenjers with the terms and protocol for air ballooon travel. We always take care to be punctual and start the flight in the best conditions. In doing so, we maxmize the possibilities of a longer flight. Now, the adventure begins.

List the specific clothing required We recommend that you wear clothing that is comfortable for walking and appropriate for the time of year. Althoug the temperature will be much colder at altitude, the lit burners will compensate for the lower temperature which results in a temperature that is about the same as on the ground.

Meals

Is lunch/dinner included on this tour? After the ride, we will transport the passengers to a nearby location for a hearty Andalusian breakfast. This will be a time to rest and chat and share your experience with the other passengers. The pilots will also be available for a questions and answer session regarding any curiosities you might have about the hot air balloon field. We are always delighted to share our passion with passengers.

Is there a restaurant at the venue? Buffet breakfast on 4 star category.

Is coffee / tea included at the end of each meal? Breakfast included.

Advisories

Which is the minimum/maximum age to participate? (for all or each one of the activities) This activity is low-key and appropriate for all ages. However, we do not recommend that children younger than 6 or 7 participate. Keep in mind that every child is different. However, the basket that holds the passengers is 120cm tall, and a child shorter than that will not be able to see over the edges. It is not permitted to carry children in your arms. It is also not recommended for pregnant women, or those with heart conditions.

Is a waiver required for participation? No, due to wheather conditions can be cancelled. We will be in close contact if it becomes necessary to cancel the flight due to unsafe conditions. Unfortunately, this can happen even if the forcast looks good. In such case we will be happy to reschedule at no extra cost.

Others The price of the package will include the passenger pick-up and transportation to the country, the hot air balloon ride, the flight hat, the transportation from the landing zone, brunch, flight certificate, champagn toast, and transportation back to the meeting point.
