Board your luxury, glass-roof coach in central Barcelona on New Year's Eve and settle into your seat for an evening of nighttime sightseeing, eating and celebrating the New Year. Use your onboard iPad to read and listen to information about the city and its sights, as well as checking your tour route as you go. Several hosts are also on hand to answer questions about the food or sights.

Your dinner tour starts as your luxury coach heads up Passeig de Gracia, passing Antoni Gaudi masterpieces such as Casa Batlló and Casa Mila (commonly known as La Pedrera) illuminated at night. Take in the evening views, and then stop in Montjuic to start your 3-course dinner designed by the Michelin-starred restaurateur Carles Gaig.

This double-decker coach, specially designed with the aesthetics of a restaurant, has a glass-fronted prep kitchen and a glass roof that provides breathtaking panoramic views of the city. While you enjoy your gourmet dinner of dishes such as foie gras, guinea fowl and crème brûlée, admire views of Barcelona's famous landmarks including La Sagrada Familia, Torre Agbar, Port Olympic, La Monumental bullring, Placa de Espana and Montjuic.

After dinner, start the countdown to midnight by taking part in a very Spanish tradition! As the clock strikes midnight, eat your 12 lucky grapes to celebrate the New Year! The grapes symbolize 12 months of good luck and prosperity.

After the midnight celebrations, travel back into central Barcelona, and finish your experience with a drop-off outside Gran Casino de Barcelona — a popular place to party the night away on New Year's Eve.

Starters (choice of one):

• Creamy seafood soup with crunchy bread and virgin olive oil
• Terrine of rock fish and mild mayonnaise
• Traditional cannelloni with a truffle cream dressing

Main course:

• Guinea fowl à la Royale with parmentier potatoes (finely diced and roasted) and wild mushrooms

Dessert:

• Deconstructed Catalan crème brûlée, followed by New Year's Eve grapes

Drinks:

• One glass of Cava, red wine, beer or a soft drink
