In winter going on the roof in the city center can be dangerous because in the center of almost all of the roof - sloping . Therefore, during the cold season tour takes place on a flat, completely safe roof. Just installed it on protective bumpers , so visit this roof is completely safe .

Come in comfortable and warm clothes , upstairs can be windy . And do not forget your camera ! :)
