See as much as you can in 10 hours!
Pick a few tours that appeal to you, scale them in a priority order (if we can't do all we'll do the most important ones) and advise on lunch time/duration desired - I will provide a few options with minimum transportation time.
1) City sightseeing tour (from 2 h)
2) Tours in the Kremlin*** (except Thursdays). You can:
— visit the Kremlin territory and see its fascinating churches OR
— visit the Armoury (the royal treasury) OR
— do both (2.5 — 3 h).
3) Tour in Red Square and St. Basil's (1.5 h)
4) Tour in New Maiden Convent (40 mins)
5) Visit to the Mausoleum and the Kremlin necropolis (0.5 h, from 10 am to 1 pm, except Monday and Friday)
6) Visit to Kolomenskoye (a former royal estate) (1.5 h)
7) Tour in Arbat walking street
8) Tour in the Metro
9) River tour (1 or 1. 5 h) may be possible, please contact me
10) Moscow by night (2.5 h)
*** The Kremlin tickets to be bought in advance. Tickets are non-refundable if the tour is cancelled less than 5 days before the tour for the Americas, and 4 days for Europe.
Please also note the Kremlin is an official residence of the President, hence changes in the working schedule of the Kremlin museums may be possible. This does not extend to the tours confirmed.
Services of a guide during the tour
1) Entry tickets (per person) to:
- the Kremlin Cathedrals - 450 rubles (except Thursdays)
- the Armoury (royal treasury) - 800 rubles (except Thursdays)
- St. Basil's - 250 rubles (daily)
- New Maiden Convent - 250 rubles (daily)
- the River tour - 500 rubles (daily), please contact for the availability of the tour.
2) Transportation:
Car rent - 750 rubles/hour (Ford Focus or Chevrolet Lacetti)
Minivan/bus rent - upon request
Metro - 28 rubles one-way
3) Food and drinks
For cancellation up to 3 days, a full refund will be given. For cancellation up to 1 days, 50% refund will be given.
