Medieval Tour of Romania See ancient medieval towns and taste amazing local cuisine A walk on the narrow medieval streets of the ancient towns will make you feel the mysterious atmosphere of the past. Every building has its own story, the walls of the fortresses still keep the marks of a turbulent history.
I invite you to discover medieval cities of Brasov and Sibiu throughout a guided tour which will make you better understand the history and facts behind the legends and last but not least to have a lot of fun.
Itinerary:Day1 After airport pick-up we start our journey to Bran. Check-in and lunch. Visit at Dracula's Castle. In the evening we will take a panoramic tour of medieval Brasov and afterwards a tasting of local delicacies and wines in a wine-cellar restaurant.
Day2 After breakfast we will head to Busteni for an amazing trip in Bucegi Mountains. During the soft off-road adventure we will stop to admire a stone query, huge stone formations Sfinxul and Babele and we will explore a spectacular cave. After a long day we will enjoy an authentic Romanian dinner.
Day3 Fortress town of Sibiu, a pedestrian-friendly city with two easily accessible levels: the Upper town, home to Sibiu's historic sites and the Lower town lined with colorful houses on cobblestone streets and bounded by imposing city walls and defense towers overlooking the river Cibin. Dinner in Sibiu.
Day4 We leave Sibiu behind and our last stop before heading back to Bucharest will be the Slanic Salt Mines found at 210m underground.
