We pick the passenger at the hotel for travelling to the province of Colon. Once there, we'll visit the Gatun Locks as they have been working the last century. After that, we will visit the new Canal Visitors Center. It is ubicated in a strategic hill from we'll watch the advance in the work of construction of the new sets of locks on the Atlantic side of the Canal. We will discover the XXIst Century Panama Canal. From this point we will know how the three chambers lock will operate with a system of three water reutilization basins. It's amazing to be there as a part of the biggest civil project in the world at this moment. And after that, we will bring the passengers back to the hotel in Panama City. This tour can be easily combined with other tours in the Colon area.
