City Cravings – A TASTE OF AMSTERDAM

In this City Cravings Tour, you will explore the sights, sounds, scents, taste and touch of Amsterdam in a unique and memorable experience. Cuisine is one of the best ways to get a true taste of the culture and history, as you eat and drink your way through the city. On this all-inclusive gastronomic walking tour, our professional guide takes you through popular areas of Amsterdam, including the charming Jordaan District, the Antique Quarter, Dam Square and the Royal Palace and a visit to the floating flower market, unique to the Netherlands. Along the way, we indulge in a variety of Dutch treats including herring, hearty snacks, sweets and ‘stamppot,’ a traditional Dutch dish of potatoes mashed with vegetables, served with sausage or stewed meat. We even make a stop at a cheese tasting for a sample of «yellow gold,» paired with a glass of port. Let´s not forget the drinks! We´ll make our tour even merrier with the special flavours of Jenever and Heineken.
