Canal cruise + Heineken Museum

Four levels of interactive experiences in the former Heineken brewery will plunge you chin deep into the fascinating world of this beer. Before or after having the Heineken Experience you can enjoy a canal cruise through the Amsterdam for a tour of this beautiful city. Join us on this trip!

Summertime (April – October): 08.00 – 22.00 hours. Wintertime (November – March): 09.00 – 18.00 hours (except for Saturdays and Sundays, then from 09.00 – 21.00 hours)

For the Heineken Experience: selfguided tour of approx. 1,5 hours. For the canal cruise: 75 minutes

Start or opening time

For the Hieneken Experience: Daily from 11.00 till 19.30 hours (last entry at 17.30 hours). On Fridays and Saturdays in the months June, July and August they are open from 10.30 - 21.00 hrs. (last entry at 19.00 hrs.). For the canal cruise: Summerseason (April-September): daily every half hour between 10.00 and 18.00 hrs. and one at 19.00 hrs. Winterseason (October- March): Daily each hour between 10.00 and 17.00 hrs.

End or closing time

The Heineken Experience is closed on 1 January, 30 April and 25 December. On 24 and 31 December the Heineken Experience will close at 16.00 hrs. (last entry and ticket sales at 14.30 hrs.).
