Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)
Welcome to Nepal! Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you'll be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel in the heart of Kathmandu. Later, meet your guide and fellow trekkers for a briefing and gear check. The rest of the day is free to rest or wander through the lively streets of Thamel.

Day 2: Fly to Lukla (2,840m) and Trek to Phakding (2,610m)
Your adventure begins early with a 30–40 minute flight from Kathmandu (or Ramechhap) to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region. After meeting your porters, begin a gentle descent along the Dudh Koshi River through pine forests and Sherpa villages to Phakding.

Day 3: Trek Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)
Today’s trek is longer and more demanding. Cross several suspension bridges, including the iconic Hillary Bridge, and enter Sagarmatha National Park at Monjo. After a steep climb through pine forests, you’ll reach Namche Bazaar, the bustling Sherpa capital surrounded by towering peaks.

Day 4: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar (3,440m)
A vital rest day for acclimatization. Take a scenic hike to the Everest View Hotel (3,880m) for sweeping views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam, or visit the Sherpa Museum and nearby Khumjung village. Spend the afternoon exploring Namche’s cafés, bakeries, and markets.

Day 5: Trek Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,860m) / Debuche (3,820m)
Follow a gently undulating trail with constant views of Everest and Ama Dablam. After crossing the Dudh Koshi River, a steep two-hour climb leads to Tengboche, home to the region's most famous monastery. Attend the monks' chanting ceremony if time allows.

Day 6: Trek Tengboche / Debuche to Pangboche (3,985m)
A shorter and easier trek today. Walk through forests of birch and juniper, passing mani walls and stupas before reaching Pangboche, the highest permanent settlement in the valley. Visit Pangboche Monastery, the oldest in the Khumbu region.

Day 7: Hike to Ama Dablam Base Camp (4,570m) and Trek to Dingboche (4,410m)
Start early for a steep but rewarding hike to Ama Dablam Base Camp, offering breathtaking views of the mountain’s sharp ridges. After exploring the base camp, retrace your steps to Pangboche and continue to Dingboche, a beautiful village framed by stone walls and fields.

Day 8: Acclimatization Day in Dingboche (4,410m)
A second acclimatization day helps prepare for higher altitudes. Optional hike to Nangkartsang Peak (5,083m) for panoramic views of Makalu, Lhotse, and Island Peak. Spend the afternoon relaxing or exploring the village.

Day 9: Trek Dingboche to Lobuche (4,940m)
The trail ascends gently to Dughla, where memorials to climbers who perished on Everest line the ridge. Continue along the lateral moraine of the Khumbu Glacier to reach Lobuche, a small cluster of lodges nestled beneath towering peaks.

Day 10: Trek to Gorakshep (5,164m) and Visit Everest Base Camp (5,364m)
A big day! Trek to Gorakshep in the morning, drop your bags, and continue on to Everest Base Camp. Follow the rugged glacial trail to the base of the world's highest mountain - an unforgettable experience. Return to Gorakshep for the night.

Day 11: Hike Kala Patthar (5,545m) for Sunrise, Trek to Pheriche (4,280m)
Before dawn, climb to Kala Patthar, the best viewpoint of Everest, for a stunning sunrise panorama. Descend back to Gorakshep for breakfast and continue down to Pheriche, a peaceful village surrounded by high peaks.

Day 12: Trek Pheriche to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)
Descend through rhododendron forests, across bridges, and past Sherpa villages. The air thickens as you lose altitude, and the warmer temperatures make the walking pleasant. Arrive back in Namche for a hot shower and a fresh bakery treat.

Day 13: Trek Namche to Phakding to Lukla (2,840m)
Your final trekking day retraces your steps along the Dudh Koshi River through familiar villages. After a few final climbs, arrive in Lukla by afternoon. Celebrate your successful trek with your guides and porters - a memorable final night in the mountains.

Day 14: Fly Lukla to Kathmandu / Ramechhap
Take an early morning flight back, bidding farewell to the Himalayas. Once in Kathmandu, the rest of the day is free to relax, explore, or enjoy a well-earned massage.

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your onward flight. As you leave, carry with you incredible memories of the Everest region - from the warmth of the Sherpa people to the awe-inspiring grandeur of the Himalayas.
