Tula, Tenayuca and Museo del Virreinato

From Mexico City Museo del virreinato is located on the far north part. This place tells the story of the 300 years of domination of Mexico by the spanish crown. It holds one of the most spectacular baroque churches in all Mexico, this used to be a Jesuit monastery, the one where the missions started from up to California. Tula is the archaeological site that is to be thougth is the capital of the Toltecs, ancient people where the aztecs had their most influence.
