Zipline Tour (2-3 hours)
After your guide picks you up at your Mazatlán hotel, travel 45 minutes east to the foothills of the Sierra Madre mountains for a zipline experience at the Huana Coa Canopy Adventure. Meet the friendly and expert zipline guides, receive a safety orientation and get outfitted in the provided gear. Then get ready to fly!
Glide above the jungle between 12 platforms on ziplines of varying lengths with stunning views. Gain confidence as you soar down the ziplines, encouraged by your guides.

Horseback Riding and Mezcal Tasting Tour (2 hours)
Back on Earth, be greeted by your expert horseback riding guide. Receive riding instructions, and then hit the backcountry trails where you can see the butterflies, birds and plant life of the region. You may also get lucky and spot native animals such as armadillos, wild hogs and gila monsters. Ask your guide for any assistance you need along the way - the expert guides and well-trained horses make sure you have an enjoyable ride.
After the ride, head to the nearby Vinata Los Osuna mezcal distillery, operated by the Osuna family for more than a century! Observe the process of making mezcal starting from cultivation of the blue agave plants to harvest of their large bulbs. See a demonstration of the old way of processing the bulbs to extract their liquid, which involves a donkey pulling a large wheel that crushes the bulbs! Then check out the modern methods of extraction and distillation in their factory.
Next, sample mezcal while you relax at a shady bar outside the grand old ranch buildings. You can even buy some bottles of mezcal to bring home to your family and friends.
At the end of your day's zipline adventure, horseback ride and mezcal tour, your guide returns you to your hotel in Mazatlán.
