Independence Routes and His Flavours

Day 1: Origin - Mexico city
Arrival at the airport 3 hours before departure, to board flight to Mexico City. From the Mexico city airport transfer to the hotel Holiday Inn Zocalo 4* o similar. Overnight.

Day 2: Mexico city
Breakfast. In this day we will travel through the history of Mexico, visiting the city center, the National Palace with incredible murals by Diego Rivera, the Constitution Square, the Azteca’s Templo Mayor, the Metropolitan Cathedral and the main avenues. Later we will visit Chapultepec Park and the Zona Rosa. We will have lunch at the restaurant Izote. In the afternoon we will continue to the south to visit the forum Poly Cultural Siqueiros, Insurgentes Theater, the University, the Olympic Stadium, Plaza de Toros (bullring) and the area of Jardines del Pedragal . Continue to Xochimilco, to ride an Azteca boat and subsequent visit to Coyoacan and the church of San Juan Bautista. Dinner at the restaurant Los Danzantes. Accommodation at the Holiday Inn Zocalo 4 * or similar.

Day 3: Mexico city - Santiago Tianguistengo - Toluca - Queretaro
Breakfast. Transfer to the beautiful town of Santiago Tianguistengo in the Toluca Valley visiting the market where we can discover the aromas and flavors of Mexican cuisine. Continue to the city of Toluca, famous for its meat products. We will have lunch there and we will continue our route to the city of Queretaro. Overnight at Hotel Real de Minas 4 * or similar.

Day 4: Queretaro - San Miguel de Allende
Breakfast. We will visit the Aqueduct, the Ex Convent of the Cross and the Historic Center. Queretaro has a distinctive cuisine based on typical products of semi desert and agricultural and livestock activities. Continue to San Miguel de Allende visiting major attractions such as the Parish of Archangel St. Michael and the Convent of the Conception. San Miguel de Allende offers a great cuisine, we will have dinner at Buganvilias.restaruant. Overnight at hotel 4 * Mission Mill or similar.

Day 5: San Miguel de Allende - Dolores Hidalgo - Guanajuato
Breakfast. Departure to Dolores Hidalgo, where in 1810 the priest Don Miguel Hidalgo gave the famous "cry" the beginning of the War of Independence of Mexico. Continue to Guanajuato, home of the annual International Cervantes Festival. Lunch in the restaurant, Atrio. At the Afternoon we will visit this beautiful city full of alleys and squares that offers landmarks such as the University, the Juarez Theater, the Alley of the Kiss and the museum house of the famous muralist Diego Rivera. Dinner at the restaurant of Hotel Cristina. Accommodation at the hotel Regente 4 * or similar.

Day 6: Guanajuato - Mexico city
Breakfast. City tour to enjoy this beautiful city. Lunch in the restaurant Los Milagros. At the agree time we will departure to Mexico city, arrival and dinner at a restaurant in the downtown area. Accommodation at Holiday Inn Zocalo 4 * or similar.

Day 7: Mexico City - Destination
At the indicated time transfer to airport, end of the trip and our services
