“Salento Valley wine tours”

 

This exclusive wine tour will start with a visit of one of the oldest winery of Salento with 500

hectares of property in estates and farms, whose vine, extra virgin olive oil, sauces and preserves

are the result of work and a thousand year-old attachment to this land.

After the visit and introduction to the local grapes and varieties, our tour will continue with a

transfer to the 2nd boutique winery and a walk through the beautiful vineyards of this wine

estate and agricultural enterprise specialized in olive oil, cereal and legumes production. The

owner and our sommelier will introduce you to the wine production technics while a tutored

wine tasting will let you appreciate a selection of the finest wine in production.
