Our ninety minute leisurely drive will take us to the eastern coastline of Sicily, arriving in Syracuse. We will stroll, upon our arrival, the open local fish and fruits market situated in the historical centre. We will visit the archaeological area of Neapolis with is Greek theatre, the Roman amphitheatre and Latomia del Paradiso (with its Dionysius Hear) and the «Ara of Hyeron». We will arrive at the 'Ortigia Island', the heart of the city and we will stroll along the ancient narrow streets, which still keep the Medieval influence, before arriving at the Duomo square, one of the city highlights. Free time for shopping before we return to your hotel. (tour duration 6 hours)
It is possible to add the extra drive to the antic baroque village of Noto and visit the wonderful churches and “Palazzi” in baroque stile.
