S.Maria di Leuca e degustazione in Cantina

ITINERARY DESCRIPTION: The route starts from the Shrine of Leuca where once visited the Basilica of the Virgin of Leuca, you can see the votive column in the center of the square, the monumental staircase Apulian Aqueduct, and the vantage point of the Marina di Leuca on the meeting between the two seas.
On the way back visit the Cantina Menhir in the center of Minervino di Lecce old town within walking distance of several kilometers from Otranto and Lecce.
The scenario is that of a territory stretches from sweet-bitter, between clay and majestic olive trees, rocks shaped by salt and an almost wild nature, that thrives on sun and sea breezes.
The wines are characterized by structure, softness and flavor, reflecting in full their origins and unfolding aromas discussing the Mediterranean, and notes that come from the Near East.
Cantine Menhir offers a tasting of their wines with typical local delicacies.
