Mountain Cheese Farm Visit

Join us on a drive up the winding mountain roads to taste the fresh cheese produced directly on the farm with all its wonderful fresh air aromas. When you hear the cowbells and roosters in the fields around you and feel the cool mountain air, we're there! Mr. Gallina starts opening a few wheels of cheese for us to taste: ricotta and smoked ricotta, and many farmer's cheeses. After our visit we drive through the countryside where our typical lunch awaits, where you'll experience authentic homemade specialties, from their Prosecco to the Moka coffee. Now it's time to see how Prosecco is made. «Campion» is a small family-run winery, that produces 6 differents kinds of Prosecco, each made with strict quality standards. When our memorable day of genuine food and wine wraps up you will certainly bring home an unforgettable experience.
