DISCOVER CAGLIARI

A walking tour in the old city to discover the beauties of the capital of Sardinia.

From the City Hall builading in neogothic style, we will move to the San Remy rampart, where you will enjoy the beautiful view over the city.

Then we will visit the Cathedral with its beautiful crypta carved in the rock and the Pulpit by Maestro Guglielmo, a masterpiece of Romanesque art.

After the Cathedral, we will explore the Royal Palace, where you will see the council room splendidly frescoed by Domenico Bruschi from Perugia.

Passing through noble buildings, we will arrive at the Pisan tower of San Pancrazio, which once was the north gate to the medieval town. Finally we are visiting the National Archaeological Museum, a wonderful journey from the prehistory to the dark ages.
