Cooking Class in Tuscany

We will visit a villa on top of a hill in the heart of the Chianti area, where you will create authentic tuscan antipasti such as bruschetta and panzanella, learn and understand the magic of local olive oil, roll your own pasta and relish the dessert. Class will be supervised by an italian chef. After creating dishes in a typical tuscan kitchen, take pride (and a fork) to indulge in the feast that you have prepared! Learning about the traditional Tuscan cuisine is an experience full of celebration and satisfaction, a truly hands-on experience that you will never forget. Tour continues on with a visit to a Chianti winery. With the help of an english speaking enological guide you will have an up close look at the production and ageing process of the Chianti wine and also learn about the secret of the extra virgin olive oil. After a rich wine tasting you will have the opportunity to visit one of the most attractive medieval town in Tuscany.
