Is it done with a guide, a driver and/or an instructor? The activities are included return transfer+driver and instructor

Which languages do guide/instructors speak? Most English,few of them speaks japanese

Are they trained in CPR/First Aid? Yes they are.

Do you provide additional companions or personnel? Not private cmpanions but our staff will be glad to assist the guests if they need informations regarding to our product.

Is there a shop? How much time is spent on shopping? Yes there is a galery at 'Bali Elephant Camp and at Rafting finish point.If your client are shared with other guest in one vehicle,they may spent 30 minutes to shop ( or it depends on situation ).If they are in private car,time to shop is unlimited.

What is the seating capacity of each restaurant? Bali Elephant Camp Restaurant:max 70 pax,Ayung River Rafting Restaurant : max 200 pax.

What is the fitness level required? Jatiluwih cycling,Wild Rafting & horse Riding : high fitness level.For the rest of our program medium fitness level are required.

Would people with limited mobility have accessibility problems? (to the vehicle, to the restaurant,...) Yes it would be little bit problem wthout any assistance but our staff are ready to assist anytime so it is possible for people with limited mobility to move around.

Is it feasible for wheelchair-confined persons? Not to take one of our adventure activities,just to be around the camp.

Is there a shuttle service involved? If so, explain the operation shuttle service involved only for more than 30 passanger seats bus because the road to venue is not big enough for that vehicle..The bus will stop around 1 km from venue and the passanger will be transferred by small cars.
