What's Included?

• Room for refreshment on the day of arrival with Kerala style breakfast
• Accommodations at Specified Hotels on Double/Twin sharing basis
• Vehicle as per itinerary including toll, parking, fuel charges and driver
• Houseboat exclusively for you with all meals which includes welcome drink, snacks, tea, lunch, dinner and breakfast
• Houseboat check in at 12Noon and cruises till 5PM, Boat will be anchored till 8AM and cruises till 9AM for checkout
• For A/C Houseboat, A/C will be operating from 9PM till 6AM only (All houseboat related inclusions are applicable only if the Itinerary is including Houseboat stay)

Enjoy the wilderness in Kerala with this Kerala tour package. Thekkady is enchanting as the road winds through tranquill countryside, rich plantations & thick jungles. The sanctuary, 60 km from Idukki, 190 km from Cochin and 114 km away from Kottayam is open throughout the year, but the best season for a visit is from September to March.

Day 1: Cochin to Thekkady

Starts from Cochin and reaches Thekkady by afternoon. Thekkady sightseeing and stay at Thekkady.

Day 2: Thekkady

Sightseeing destinations in Thekkady includes periyar wild life sanctuary where you can see wild elephant, boar, deer, the great Indian tiger and more, mullaperiyar dam and spice plantations tour where one can shop exotic spices.

In the evening you can go for boat cruise in the lake and experience the wilderness, Enjoy watching martial arts of Kerala, kathakali, elephant ride, bamboo rafting, jeep safari, natural walk, jungle patrol, trekking and can go for ayurveda massages (optional)

Overnight stay at Thekkady

Day 3: Thekkady to Cochin

Drive to Cochin for sightseeing. Cochin sightseeing includes fort cochin, navy museum, St. Francis church, Chinese fishing net, Santa clause basilica, Mattanchery palace, Jewish synagogue, Marian drive, Marine walk way, boating, Tripunitura hill palace. You can find some time for shopping at Cochin

Our representative will leave you at Cochin Airport/Railway station/Bus stand and will do necessary support there

Exclusions

• All personal expenses including entrance fees at all sightseeing spots
• Optional activities mentioned in the itinerary
• Compulsory Gala dinner on X'mas & New year Eve as per hotel selected (This varies from 500 to 5000 per person)

Cancellation Policy

• In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
  60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
  45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour / service cost
  15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
  07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
• Less than 72 hours or No Show: No Refund In case of Special Trains Journeys and peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required).
• Refund Policy:
  Refund against Partial Payment: You will get Credit (less applicable fees) for refund amount which will remain valid for 6 months from the date of refund approved.
  Refund against Full Payment: Approved refund amount (less applicable fees) will be credited to your bank account within 3-5 working days.
  Note: Processing fees: Rs. 650/- will be deducted in all such refund cases.
• Some cancellation and refund policies are out of our tender: Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
• Our Liabilities & Limitations: Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
• Law & Jurisdiction: For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by Touristlink.com, will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Court of Nagpur.
