Spiti valley is a research and cultural centre for Buddhists. Highlights include Ki Monastery and Tabo Monastery, one of the oldest monasteries in the world and a favourite of the Dalai Lama. It was the location of the scenery and cinematography in the Indian films Paap and Milarepa, a biographical adventure tale about one of Buddhism's most famous Tibetan saints. The Buddhist monastery in the valley served as the locus of the set and some of the monks appeared in the film.

Day 1: Delhi - Rampur (470 Kms 9 Hrs)

Our bus will start from Delhi to Rampur at 9 PM and reach next day at around 5 AM.

Day 2: Rampur - Sangla (111 Kms 6 Hrs)

Drive to Sarahan. Visit bhimakali Temple and start your way to Sangla. The Journey offers a display of true Kinnauri landscapes and vegetation. The village of Sarahan has some spectacular attractions making it a must visit location. Drive from Sarahan to Sangla which is approximately a distance of 94 Kms. Dinner and overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 3: Sangla - Kalpa (51 Kms 2 Hrs)

Travel by surface from Sangla to Kalpa Enroute visiting Kamru Fort & Chitkul village. The Picturesque town of Sangla located on the Banks of the famous Baspa River provides an Ideal location for Adventure Activities as well. Kalpa village is located in backdrop of Kenner Kailash mountain range. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Kalpa - Nako - Tabo (159 Kms 7-8 Hrs)

Travel by surface from Kalpa to Nako which is located by the banks of lake. Visit the monastery and walk around Village. Later continue drive Enroute viewing confluence of Satluj & Spiti Rivers at Khab.. On arrival in Tabo, check in at hotel. Evening visit Tabo Monastery which was founded in 996 AD by the great teacher Richensang-po, Tabo is renowned for its breathtaking murals and stucco images – and is often called "The Ajanta of the Himalayas". Overnight at Hotel/ Home Stay.

Day 5: Tabo - Dhankar - Kaza (58 Kms)

Travel by surface from Tabo to Kaza Enroute visiting Pin Valley, Kungri Monastery, Dhankar Monastery. On arrival check in at guest house Overnight at Hotel / Home stay.

Day 6: Local Sight Seeing Tour in Kaza

Morning visit the famous Ki monastery, 12 kms from Kaza. This century – old Gompa is a labyrinth of rooms and corridors – and at one time also acted as a fort. Also visit the small gompa at Kibber, 9 kms further ahead. Dinner Over Night stay at Hotel/Home Stay.

Day 7: Kaza - Kunzum La - Chandertal

Drive Kaza to Chandertal firstly you will have to cross Kunzum La (4550mtrs) - The gateway to Spiti Valley.The road descends high more or less all the way to Kaza-headquarter of Spiti Valley.On route we appreciate the wild scenery and hanging Glacier and 6000 meters. Peaks. In the evening walk around the lake and enjoy Bonefire and Dinner in Camps.

Day 8: Chandertal - Rohatang Pass - Manali (202 Kms 8-10 Hrs)

After breakfast start your journey to Manali. CrossThe Bara Shigri Glacier one of the largest and Most impressive in the Indian Himalayas. Rohtang Pass(3980mtrs) and descend down to Kothi. In the evening reach at Manali. Overnight stay in hotel.
