Combo: Whale Watching Tour plus Videy Island

This is a combination of 2 tours: Whale watching and Videy Island.

Whale Watching:

You will be picked up from your hotel by our shuttle bus between 8:15 and 8:45 for the whale watching tour stating at 9:00 from Reykjavík's old harbour. After exploring the wonders of the whales and seabirds Faxaflói offers you return to the harbour around 12:00. Right after the whale watching tour you will catch the Viðey ferry at noon just steps from where the whale watching boats dock. On Viðey you can enjoy a relaxing getawat from the city life on your own in the nature, go horseback riding or visit the charming Viðeyjarstofa café and restaurant before returning catching the ferry back to Reykjavík's old harbour at 15:30 or to Skarfabakki pier, half an hour past the hour.

Meeting point: The clients will be picked up from their accommodation.

Videy:

Viðey Island is a unique site that combines history, nature and art, and is only a few minutes away from the city by boat. There are many hiking paths around the island, which is also renowned for its varied bird life. Viðey also inhabits intriguing sculptural art work, amongst them the IMAGINE PEACE TOWER by the legendary artist Yoko Ono and Sanding stones by Richard Serra. You can enjoy a fascinating leisure area or even go horseback riding in the peaceful surroundings. At the heart of the island is the unique restaurant, Viðeyjarstofa Café.
