Small-Group San Diego Highlights Photography Walking Tour

Bring your own camera along for a scenic adventure through downtown San Diego! Capture the city's beautiful scenery as your guide, a professional photographer, leads you on a walk to well-known sites like the Gaslamp Quarter and Petco Park. Visit hidden gems while learning about the city's colorful history and culture. Your guide will teach you great photography tips -- all skill levels welcome!

Your 3.5-hour San Diego photography walking tour begins at Horton Plaza, where you'll meet your guide and head to the Gaslamp Quarter, the historic heart of San Diego, where all the nightlife happens. Stroll by entertainment venues and bustling shops along the streets that are lined with beautiful architecture from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Pass Petco Park, an open-air ballpark in the downtown area. Your guide will also lead you to secret, off-the-beaten-path spots and teach you about the city's interesting history and culture.

You'll make several stops to learn professional tips and tricks from your guide on the best way to capture San Diego's beauty through your lens. At some point, take a 30-minute rest break to grab a snack or drink from a local café (own expense) and enjoy an optional photo review session with your guide.

After your tour, you'll have many photos to share and new skills to use on your next adventure.

• This tour requires a minimum of 2 passengers to operate. There is a possibility that the tour may be cancelled after the confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be provided with an alternate option or full refund
• Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternate date or full refund
• Please wear comfortable walking shoes; you will walk approximately 3 miles (5 km)
  
• Some locations have many uneven paths and stairs
  
• Other suggested items to bring: hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, snacks, water bottle, pen and paper
  
• Participants must have a basic knowledge of their cameras. The tour is not necessarily meant for professional photographers; any skill level and any camera type are welcome
  
• Please ensure that your camera is in working order and that your batteries are charged. It is recommended that you bring extra memory cards, batteries, film and any appropriate accessories like lenses, filters, external flash, etc.(tripods are not necessary)
