Start your Panajachel tour by meeting your local guide in the town centre before being whisked away to Mirador Mendez, a spectacular viewpoint. After taking in the magnificent views, you’ll set out on an easy, enjoyable two hour hike to reach the Santa Catarina Mayan community, where you’ll experience the authentic local culture of the Mayans.

 

From charming Santa Catarina, you’ll head out onto the lake for a gorgeous Atitlan kayaking trip back to Panajachel Beach. Kayaking on Lake Atitlan is a special experience, with a beautiful natural backdrop and relaxing setting, you’ll arrive back in Panajachel invigorated, yet calm and relaxed.

 

Once back in town, your Panajachel kayak tour will end, and our guide is happy to make recommendations for a great local lunch in town.

Children must be 6 years of age to 11 years inclusively.  Children below the age of 6 are not permitted on this tour. Lunch, souvenirs, tips/gratuities for your guide, items of a personal nature. 

For cancellation up to 3 days, a full refund will be given. For cancellation up to 1 days, 50% refund will be given.
