Take the chance to visit the archaeological site of Mycenae which dominated the eastern Mediterranean world from the 15th to the 12th century B.C. and played a vital role in the development of classical Greek culture. You will also see the theatre at Epidaurus, which is perhaps the best preserved theatre of ancient Greece and is still used today due to its amazing acoustics. Participants in this tour will have an afternoon and a morning free in order to see more of the picturesque town of Nauplion that the Venetians called "Naples of Greece". This city was the first capital of modern Greece.
Day 1: Start at about 8:45am Corinth Canal - Mycenae (visit and lunch) - Nauplion, afternoon free. Overnight.
Day 2: Nauplion - Epidauros (visit) - return to Athens (7:15pm).
Included: Transfer from your hotel, coach, Overnight, guide, entrance fees, half-board (Dinner).

Restrictions: Not suitable for wheelchairs. Pick-up only from hotels in Athens city centre, not the Athens coast or suburbs.
