Classic City Segway Tour

Whizz through Berlin for a two-wheeled tour with a difference thanks to Segway, the must-have, must-do tourist tool of the future. How you drive through the city isn’t the only novelty of this tour – what really makes it stand out is its especially human take on the city.

As you cruise effortlessly along parks, plazas pavements, you will see the famous Checkpoint Charlie, the Finance Ministry (built as the Luftwaffe Ministry, stomping ground of the notorious Herman Göring), the Brandenburg Gate, the city’s most recognisable symbol, the majestic Museum Island, Bebelplatz, where the Nazis ritually burned books, the Holocaust memorial, the Potdsdamme Platz, a Berlin Wall watchtower, the Reichstag and the haunting Topography of Terror, a museum located on the site of the former Gestapo and SS headquarters.

In about four hours, you will see you all the main sights of Berlin, stopping every few hundred metres to admire them, hear fascinating anecdotes, take pictures and discuss Berlin’s dramatic history. Tour numbers are limited in size so you can count on an extremely personal and private experience.

Meeting/ Pick up point: Panoramastrasse 1a at the entrance to the TV Tower.
Start or opening time: Daily at 10am and 3pm, and daily at 10am in November

Others: Participants must be at least 15 years old and possess a motor vehicle licence. Each party of participants is required to leave a deposit before the start of the tour for insurance requirements.
