En route during this bus tour, you will stop at the cathedral of Reims for a guided visit of this gothic masterpiece, for centuries the place for the Kings of France's coronation. See first-hand the techniques and equipment that make the creation of Champagne possible and taste the wonderful end result at the wine cellars of Moet & Chandon. In the morning, vine growing work is explained before a visit to a vine grower's equipment in the north of Epernay. There you will see the press, the vats and stored bottles, the key stages in making champagne, followed by a tasting session. A tasty lunch at Epernay follows to imbibe you with energy for your afternoon of indulgence. In the afternoon we take you to visit the wine cellars of a world famous champagne maker, Moet and Chandon. The grape harvest and wine-making process is explained before a free champagne tasting. A picturesque return journey to Paris takes you through the scenic Marne valley.
